This quick series of videos shows how you can use a vortex funnel in the centre of a weber BBQ. It enables an area of real heat intensity in the centre of the BBQ and using a removable grate you can add fuel as you go.
The vortex I bought is a non-branded version of the weber which is on Amazon and only cost £30 which is much cheaper than the Weber version, cooks just the same!
The grate again is not Weber but an alternative from amazon for £45
