  • redistribute any of the content or supply it to other people (including by using it as part of any library, archive or similar service)

  • modify, reproduce or in any way or commercially exploit any of the content without  the consent of Animated Science

Failure to comply within the licence terms of this agreement may result in prosecution and payment of damages to Animated Science.

Animated Science is available over the Internet and thus the service of this site is dependant on ISP's and the LYNX being functional. Animated Science does not take any responsibility for the problems arising from non-functioning of ISP equipment, school server incompatibilities, virus attacks, BT Exchange and routing issues, and any other computer issue other than that of animated science owned hardware. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that they can provide suitable software to playback the site in a manner in which it has originally been designed.
